What is Renting Aiken?

Renting Aiken is a Rental Listing Service created to help people easily find rental properties in Aiken County. Whether you're relocating to work at the Savannah River Site, a student attending USC Aiken, a business owner looking for commercial space in North Augusta, SC, an equestrian seeking a winter stable in Aiken, SC, or just looking for a rental home, we want to make it easy to find the rental property you need.

While we don't actually manage rental properties, property owners and managers can benefit by using Renting Aiken to complement their existing marketing efforts and maximize the online presence of their properties. Not only have we built a comprehensive, ever-improving site to showcase each rental property, but we also syndicate that data to other sites on the web. This way you get the largest number of viewers for your properties and the best chance of collecting leads.

How to List Your Rental!

Before you can list your rental property, you'll need to register an account. To do that, click on the registration link here: register. Once you've done that, login to the site by clicking on the login link in the top navigation menu. After you've logged in, click on the "List a Property" link in the top navigation menu and complete all of the property data fields.

What Does It Cost?

Everyone is able to list one property for free. This enables everyone to try our service free of risk.

Professionals who want to list multiple properties on our site need to contact us and request that we enable this capability on their account. During our initial launch phase, we're allowing charter subscribers the ability to list an unlimited number of properties free of charge through August 2012. In September 2012, we'll start charging for our service using a tiered pricing model, based upon the number of active listings an account has.
